Hypocrisy - the practice of claiming to have higher standards or more noble beliefs than is the case. Pretending to be what one is not.

Many rulers of countries show their hypocrisy by asking the populace to be frugal whilst they themselves gorge on their ill gotten gains

Yes, there is much hypocrisy amongst people. The animals are just themselves all the time. I do think they are more with it.
