Life contaminations between Milky Way Galaxy planets

There has always been much scifi discussion about humans visiting other planets or vice versa however they all conveniently leave out a critical limitations because reality is publicly disappointing. Humans and other Earth creatures are immense biological microbe zoos. Each of our bodies have a microbiome of billions of bacteria and trillions of viruses. In fact, way more microbes than numbers of cells. Some of the biome is absolutely necessary for our health, especially in our digestive tracts, science has only recently come to understand while others may be harmless while some cause diseases. Thus even if we could sterilize a human body of all microbes, we would not at this point of our sciences live long.

In fact, our space folks are finding some of our extremophile microbes have been stowaways on outer surfaces of our space craft as well as tartigrade multicellular animals. So if one of us stepped onto another planet even in space suits, we would instantly contaminate its environment. That may also be why organic aliens from other planets may never visit our planet unless they have already done so in the past and thus purposely interspread microbes between worlds. We don't even know even if there are other planets with life, if that life is biologically compatible or dangerous to our DNA life.

Personally as someone that expects panspermia to be at work across our Milky Way Galaxy, I suspect that such has already occurred to some extent. However we don't know at this point. If we can find other DNA organic life, even primitive, on some other of our Solar System planets or moons, such would go a long ways towards confirming likelihood of such.

I tend to lean towards Earth as a UIE zoo of organic DNA life that if so, would indeed likely allow inter planetary exposure because they would have used directed panspermia. Aliens expecting to one day visit would obviously prefer such. All this is also a reason why aliens may not have already openly contacted we Earth monkeys and if they do, use only non-organic intelligent AI craft to do so.

In our SciFi, for instance Star Trek, we have Spock's father marrying an Earth woman, and Worf likewise a half breed. But is such even remotely possible? NO! Any science person studying Earth animal creature embryonic development will find all we multicellular animals develop on a common cell division path from earliest zygote eggs. The possibility of similar astronomically complex development of those processes on two independent planets is virtually impossible. Even on Earth very similar species like we and chimpanzies will never be able to interbreed for the same reason and are thus assigned as different species.
