National Watermelon Day- August 3rd

For me watermelon can be enjoyed twice. First the fresh juicy melon, the second is after you pickled the rind.

Just bought one today at Aldi's while out getting Emergency supplies. Had a huge slice for dessert after lunch. Yummy!

Out of our family of 4, it's only me that's Watermelon crazy. Daughter prefers the green ones with orange flesh, those I'm not a fan, hate the taste lol!
