Rant: Verizon Cell Phone Data Usage

So I usually check daily my Verizon cell data usage. Yesterday it was at a little less than 5 GB, which is correct for this time in the billing cycle.

I get on today and it says I've used over 9 QUINTILLION GB of data. In the last 24 hours. 9 QUINTILLION GB. So I contact support; how you want to be contacted they ask? By email I say (so it's easier for me to print out whatever I might need). So of course they contact me by text msg. They kept saying you've only used a little less than 5 GB. I say well why does the site say I've used over 9 quintillion? They don't know; they'll check into it.

Anybody else had this kind of problem?

Well, I checked it a few hiurs ago and the usage has dropped back down to a little less than 5 GB, so I guess they got it corrected. I'm glad I check it everyday.
