I have people like my sons who I mainly give money to, but I hate to give them a Christmas with no gifts to fidget with. Then there are their SOs, my ex, her 2nd husband. So I'm always looking for a few low-priced or deeply discounted items that aren't pure clutter (I hope). I hate to go the route of candy, nuts, sausage, cheese, jams and jellies, etc.
Here are a few I picked this year. Maybe it will give others ideas. Any suggestions yourself?
"Coatigan" a sort of long cardigan. Probably just as good as an indoor warmth garment.
"Dust Goo" for cleaning up the car. Not novel, but you might not want to buy it for yourself just to glop it up with dust and eventually toss it.
Throw blanket. Winter warmth is hard to sneeze at. Does everyone have enough options?
Watt Meter. Many of them will store a couple of months of usage data and provide "cost of use" estimates for an air fryer, space heater, etc. This one also has some other statistics it can display such as power factor. Guys can fiddle with dumb stuff like this for days.
