This week at the stables

Today the water hauling company we use to deliver water is supposed to deliver a single water storage tank with a heated hose to prevent our water source for the Rv from freezing.

Later this week the Rv rental company is supposed to winterize the Rv. with skirting and install heaters underneath the Rv

A carpenter is supposed to install wooden steps for the Rv. The. current foldout steps are steep and slippery.

The grey and black water holding tanks in the Rv are not completely emptying.

Trying to get the cats to come into the Rv for the winter, unsuccessfully.

Waiting for insurance to approve additional work on the foundation. Once approved, hopefully the actual work on the house can begin. This includes tearing off and replacing front side of house and roof, rebuilding dining room and laundry room, replace flooring, update entire house to code, install electricity, connect water compressor tank to outside well requiring 75 ft long and 5 ft deep underground ditch to prevent freezing, secure foundation with cement bricks, and more.

Mr. Ed

Is the RV on your property or still at your friend’s house.

This has been a real ordeal for you. How long is it since that wild driver hit your home.

Cost repairs foundation and code update exceed allotted cost for repair by $10,000. We are the victims and should not be financially responsible for something we did not cause.

What can you do? This has to be a regular thing for the city to take care of. There are over costs on everything. What if your city won't pay for it? What a bunch of ****!

It is not the city, it is my home owners insurance. May need to hire an attorney.

The problem is how insurance categorizes work on the foundation under the heading of code. My policy pays up to $30,000 for code work, unless the work is paid under a different heading I am short $10,000.
