Smart lady, Shea Butter has been very effective and popular for many years now, I have used it too over the years. My wife is Black. If there's one thing (besides me) she can't live without, it's lotion. And I'm not being derogatory in any way; Black people love their lotion, men as much as women. I didn't know this until after she moved in and set up a virtual vat of skin lotion in our bathroom.
Anyway, her favorites are Sheamoisture and Nivea Shea Butter.
Mine is this big pink bottle of baby lotion I get from the Dollar Tree.
It smells nice, too.Smart lady, Shea Butter has been very effective and popular for many years now, I have used it too over the years.
Yes it does! Scent means a lot.It smells nice, too.
Almond oil contains vitamins A, D and E that keep your skin nourished. Applying a few drops under your eyes can help reduce puffiness. Almond Oil penetrates multiple layer of your skin, so it gives you a deeper moisture than coconut oil which might be a better alternative for people with dry skin.
I use either of those. My dermatologist recommended Cetaphil or CeraVe'.
Me too.I use CeraVe Moisturizing Cream
Good stuff!I whip up my own body butter, which is shea butter mixed with sweet almond, jojoba, castor, and rosehip oils. All the oils are organic and expeller pressed. I also use 100% virgin coconut oil lotion, vitamin D cream, and 100% pure lanolin for extremely dry winter skin, particularly on my hands. I alternate between using vitamin C serum, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide (B3) serum, retinol cream, elastin & DMAE night cream, and rosehip oil on my face.
