Oh No, Creepy Craftsmanship!

Here is a video about carving something different. Imagine the look when you give this as a gift and the package is first opened! I guess this has been a thing for a while now. I've seen adds for new lightweight Dremel-type rotary tools that show carving smaller spiders onto smaller sticks too.

Has anyone else seen creepy craft examples?

Not creepy at all, but beyond my skills. However wood carving might be a rewarding hobby. I can imagine carving animals and such for my grandson.

One of my cousins took a wood-carving class and made this walking stick and gave it to my mom years ago.

Tarantula was beautifully done. Perfect gift for someone who likes spiders. Anybody else...not so much.
