Do you still have most of your Natural teeth?

The dentist kept them after she pulled them all out. Dentures work very well.

I have a few man-made parts. My knees set off the alarms in the airport. I have plastic lenses in my eyes, because of cataracts.

I just have to tough it out until they carry me out.

We have a youngish neighbour ..well compared to us ….he's about 44 years old …anyway when we first met him
( about 5-6 years ago ) he had very black teeth but he’s since told us he took money out of his superannuation
to pay to have his front teeth …top and bottom replaced by implants to the tune of $40.000

He‘s single no children and works in a job where he’s away one week home for a week so it’s good paying job
the call them fly in - Fly out workers in Aussie - Land …

Black teef! Yikes! One wonders how someone can allow his teeth to reach that stage. Our teenager drummer Nick had green-tinged teeth. Never had a girlfriend. We assumed that his green front teeth had something to do with it.

I remember when my father went to get his new false teeth. When he was fitted with them, he asked my mother how they looked and she said "You look like a donkey" when he got home, he took them out and put the old ones in and never wore them again. My grandfather used to take his false teeth out whenever he ate pork chops so he could chew through the fat. It made us kids sick.

My parents both had false teeth.. and I remember each time they got new ones they looked just as you describe...like a donkey...and it was very noticeable for a little while they'd got new teeth... but it didn't take long for them to fit their gums /face.. and they looked normal again...

I had a school friend whose family shared a house with her grandmother. One day my friend invited me to go home with her at lunchtime. We were sitting chatting to her lovely grandmother when my friend's mother bought in a plate of cheese sandwiches. Grandmother reached for one of the sandwiches, bit into it before putting the remains on her plate where, to my horror, sat half a sandwich clamped between a set of dentures. Completely oblivious, grandmother just continued munching away and no one said a word.

I had nightmares afterwards about my teeth falling out so, I am very pleased to say that yes, I do have my natural teeth. :)
