Lately I've been keeping overnight oatmeal in my fridge:
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 7 grain hot cereal
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1-1/3 cups plant milk (I keep a combo of oat, soy and almond in the fridge)
About a cup of mixed fresh or frozen berries
Stir it up and let it absorb - takes a few hours.

When cruising the kitchen for something snacky but I'm more mouth hungry than stomach hungry (if you know what I mean), or even if I'm hungry but want something quick, it's perfect to have on hand. Sometimes I top it with a little unsweetened applesauce and a few shakes of ground cinnamon.

Delicious and satisfying.

My Sister and I were in 4-H I love the animals and crafts too... when we were younger and lived in the Country is beautiful so is Sierra Valley now..I love healthy snacks sill... I'm so glad :) it's still going too be cool! I made a carob ball snack and my Mom said I won first place, they were good :)
