Are you streaming ( or binge watching ) any series on Netflix, or any other service? Tell us about it.

Thanks for correcting that . I did not want the fine people of New Mexico to be confused with the crazy state of Arizona ;)
Oh my son and grandson live in Mesa. They moved the year before i retired but i knew AZ to hot for me, and a bit pricey. i'd lived in NM before and our small town even closer to mountains than we were in Laramie just seemed a good fit for us.

Cancelled Netflix a couple of months ago due to their ridiculous price increase. I will resubscribe again when these shows return and are there at the same time - Sweet Tooth, Stranger Things and Bridgerton.

My favorite things to watch on Hulu are Will Trent, Abbott Elementary, The Rookie, 9-1-1- and 9-1-1: Lone Star (now on hiatus), Million Dollar House Hunt and I never miss watching World News Tonight with David Muir (love him ❣️). I watch Mom, when I get around to it. There are many other shows and movies on my Hulu watchlist.

Paramount Plus: The Equalizer, Evil (will return May 23rd), Blue Bloods and Ghosts (American version).
Peacock: Finished the season finales of Found, The Irrational and Resident Alien...looking forward to their return. I also watch Open House and Open House NYC, about very expensive, luxury homes and apartments, most of which were on the market.

Discovery+ has all the HGTV shows I love, particularly Beachfront Bargain Hunt and similar beachfront home buying shows.

This is just a partial list of the multitude of shows and episodes I have on my lists. I also have Prime, the Roku and Fawesome channels and recently added Apple TV. I'll add more in another post at some point.

I like all the shows from Michael Schur but have never watched Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I decided to give it a try before I went to bed last night and watch an episode or two. Huge mistakes. 6 episodes later I decided I better stop or I might not get any sleep.

I was planning on getting back to that, have seen several seasons already. But then Andre Braugher died and i need to get where I can watch it without feeling that loss every time.

That's a show I just couldn't get into. I couldn't even make it past the first episode.

@Ruthanne...In addition to what I posted in my reply #28, on Prime I'm watching Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (again), I'm in the middle of the 3 episode mini series 10.5 Apocalypse. I have to get back to Harlen Coben's Shelter and am not sure I will continue watching Fallout and Upload. I loved S1 of Upload, but S2 was really terrible. I watched part of Ep1 in S3 but I think S2 ruined it for me. I can't wait for Reacher to return. I'll occasionally watch a UFO doc but Amazon Prime the least favorite out of all my services.

I have Disney+ courtesy of my son. The only series I watched were Percy Jackson and the Olympians and Wanda Vision (only a few episodes). The rest of my watchlist has Disney and Marvel movies. On Apple Plus, I finished the first season of Monarch: Legacyy Monsters, starring Kurt Russell and have started watching Hijack, starring Idris Elba
. I'm also in the process of watching the movie Argyle. I forgot to mention I'm re-watching Moonlighting (Bruce Willis, Cybil Sheppard) on Hulu.

This is turning out better than I had hoped:

Russian, but dubbed unlike this trailer. Subtitles as well, but they are hilariously crude alongside the dubbed final English dialog.
Finished season one, and it was pretty good despite the awkwardness of a dubbed foreign product. Ended with a clear opening to have a sequel/second season though it doesn't sound like Netflix has the rights to stream it.

Season one stands alone on its own though.

I found some of the apps available on my cable box. I watched the entire series of Southland and Unreal on Tubi. Unreal is a nightmare of a show. The worst two faced, self centered, back stabbing I've ever watched.

Pluto is supposed to be free, but I have trouble with that app. The website states programs are available but when I try to watch them, they are not.

SOME shows/movies are free....with ads.

There might be a category for the "watch for free" stuff. I don't remember.

Just finished watching the latest season of Bridgerton on Netflix. I liked it.
Presently watching White Collar on Netflix. I really like it. My favorite show. The acting and characters are great. It is touching and smart.

Just finished up American Rust. It was set in a fictional town in rural PA that was deteriorating as the few well paid steel mill jobs disappeared. I’d say the tone of it was similar to Fargo.

Netflix is such a wasteland. A few things here and there, but so many foreign series of erratic quality rebranded as "Originals" I can't even laugh anymore. I'm slogging through a turgid Icelandic thing about a volcano that is somehow creating evil clones of the living and the dead... but I'm ready to abandon it. I can't believe I ever got cajoled into subscribing to this drek.

Tubi, Roku Channel, Pluto TV, Freevee all offer me better material. Even Amazon Prime Video is still far better than overpriced Netflix.

I recommend "Gotham" on Tubi, "Dead Like Me" on Freevee, "Hanna" on Prime Video.

I'm just not into soap operas.
