I think this is my fourth Saturday back at the gym after sitting in a chair seven days a week, 12+ hours a day, for many months. Evil employer.
(I did quit by the way. Last day is December 20th)
Anyway started going heavier with the weight on the second week back. Usually a bad idea but I did not end up too sore.
Today after long warm up, moved up to and did a handful of military press sets with two 40 lb dumbbells, then backed it down until the muscles involved got real tired.
And I did a whole bunch of curls, wrists horizontal and wrists vertical. Up to about 70 lbs, then back down to weakness.
I think Thanksgiving will be a leg day to failure. ļø
