Whats For Dinner/Supper ?

I won't need to cook tonight... made a big pot of homemade veggie soup this morning... and a cranberry/orange quick bread to go with it... I suspect eatin' will be early because the house smells *really* good and it's driving me [even more] bonkers.

Well if that's the case, he'd better come back with plenty for a huge fry!
Add slaw and hush puppies and we have a celebration.

A piece of 85% dark chocolate for afters.

Last night I couldn't figure out anything that interested me. Wound up eating a couple of slices of toast topped with a little mustard/mayo, seared tofu slices and lettuce leaves. It filled the bill. And my tummy.

Leftover sweet potato and a cold roast pork sandwich on low carb Italian bread.

Steak and egg will make a nice breakfast. Eat what you enjoy!

Mini meat loaves off the grill, home fries with onions and caraway, green beans, rabbit food.

A small pork loin roast is happily marinating in shoe wine, garlic, stone ground mustard and ready to go on the grill on very slow with a smoker box. Roesti with a crunchy bacon crust. Shredded potatoe cake. Horseradish/sour cream dip, rabbit food.

Flammkuchen and merlot for happy hour. I roll my dough to the size of two cookie sheets and use yoghurt, bacon, onion and jalapeno for toppings. Freezes really well.

I feel like I need to add something but not sure what it will be.

SO asked for Honey/Sriracha chicken. No problem. Basmati, rabbit food, a couple of pot stickers on the side if I get to them.

Tonight will be a slice of pepperoni pizza from the local Wegman’s and an ice cold Diet
