This was something coming across Facebook early on but was stifled by Facebook censorship.
So if there's no legitimate, credible authority who said that, why does it get passed on? Seems to me the same could be said for much of your comment. It's like assuming that everything Joe Rogan (or others) says is indisputable. SOMEONE said it, must be true?
Part of the reason that the vaccine could be developed so fast was because it was based on decades of previous vaccine research. Then I also found this:

And I believe the various vaccines developed, came from American companies, not the lab in Wuhan. And no one forced anyone to get a shot. Nobody dragged into a doctors office against their will so 'force fed' is a hyperbolic phrase to use,. Were there restrictions on those who refused? You bet because it was a global health emergency, but it was temporary.
I think the reason that polio and measles is coming back is because alarmists fabricated stories to explain their personal reluctance to get the vaccine and to pass blame onto others for their reluctance. And the result is that more and more people are stepping onto that slippery slope because instead of looking up real information from credible sources, they're allowing others to think for them. And that means, the virus's have gotten a new toehold and are spreading. Children are paying for this.
I think that the continued research and investigations of how it all played out and with regards to the effects of long-covid, show that there was reason to be concerned and to take extreme precautionary measures. People are still dying today of covid. I live in a province of about 5 million people and in the past year 732 people have died of covid. For comparison purposes, in an average flu season in Alberta, 41 people die. And that's only one province.
