Are you streaming ( or binge watching ) any series on Netflix, or any other service? Tell us about it.

I'm rewatching "Almost Human" on Tubi. Nice SF police procedural, clearly meant as a kind of Blade Runner prequel by its themes and homages, though unconnected. Great role for Karl Urban. Too bad it got cancelled prior to a proper conclusion, like so much science fiction over the heads of mainstream audiences.

We watched that on network TV when it was first released. It was engaging and interesting.

Starting Monk series on Netflix

Almost finished with the NCIS series on Netflix

Did you ever start watching a series and find you saw it before? It's happened to me twice tonight. Started watching Ashley Madison on Netflix and realized I had started to watch it before and really didn't care for it. Then I started watching The Life You've Always wanted and didn't care for it either. It seemed familiar though.

I think I may just watch a movie. I haven't watched anything on Prime recently so maybe I will tomorrow. I'm worn out for the day.

This happened to me a few weeks ago while watching the show Evil on Netflix. I gave up on it the first time.

Jeopardy M-F on Comcast. Always find it entertaining. My wife is entranced (me not so much) by America‘s Funniest Home Videos. Personally I can’t see the humor in endless people falling on their ass. One worth a laugh was some people in a field putting a treat in front of a hole. A critter, maybe a gopher, would stick its head out and grab the treat, until it was late in appearing, shot out, grabbed their bag of treats, ran about 30 feet, and dove into another hole. (-8

Currently 4 episodes into the new Dr Who series. Lots of mixed emotions and dismay at first but it's getting better. MUCH better!

Ep1 - Space Babies - 4/10 - silly - felt like a 'Sarah Jane Adventures' story (May have got 6/10 if it had been)
Ep2 - The Devil's Chord - 1/10 absolutely terrible.
Ep3 - BOOM! - 8/10 - now THAT is Dr Who!
Ep4 - 73 Yards - 9/10 - YES!

Watching A Man in Full on NF. Based on the book by Thomas Wolfe, screenplay by David E. Kelley. Staring Jeff Daniels . There are six in this series but guessing it will have more.
I was wrong. It was concluded in six episodes. I’d like to read the book but my vision won’t deal with 700 pages.

I started watching Tracker on Paramount+. I'm really enjoying it. I loved it from the start. Interesting character looking for people for reward money with a bunch of eclectic people helping him in the background.

I just watched a few minutes of Geek Girl on Netflix. It looks like a teenage show with a makeover. If there's some action in the next few minutes, I'll keep going.

Finished the 4 seasons of Doctor Finlay (1996) on BritBox last night (Scottish). 24+ Episodes. sifi - country doctor's team who make house calls.

It seems like a few here enjoy watching British shows with the eclectic setting and quirky characters. For those who do, I suggest trying out Monarch on the Glen. It is an older show. I watched it back when I used to get my shows on DVD's from Netflix. It's a fun and warm show about the ups and downs of a family owning a large family estate and having financial problems trying to keep it. I just checked and it is currently streaming for free (with commercials) on the Roku Channel and Freeve .

Loved that show. I got it from my library in DVD format. Since I watched it piecemeal, it might be nice to binge it.
