Your own body, what hurts today?

I feel good and nothing hurts. I think young because if I thought like my age that might open a path for all kinds of ailments to enter my life. So I tell myself I am fine and I am strong, and it does seem to work. I stretch a lot and keep my muscles warm even in summertime. OK so far. :)

I don't have any pain in my body, a little stiff when I first get up in the morning, I think it's the cold winter mornings. Take the Apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger and that does the trick. I was only listening to the radio this morning and a man was talking about the benefits of turmeric. It's great if you take a teaspoonful in warm milk before going to bed. It helps you to have a good night's sleep, and also helps reduce the fat in your arteries.

I think most of you can relate to this, though I'm a person who really does not want to see a doctor. I truly believe that doctors make you sick. What I find funny is that as I age, I find new and different issues with my body every day. I see or feel something new and say, "what the hell is that?". The good thing is that I have quit trying to figure out what the issue is, and just attribute it to old age. I don't need any other explanation.

Don't worry Brian, with old age the aches and pains don't last long.
